"Amazing staff. Wonderful breakfast. Perfect cleaning. Great terrace in our room. Stocked mini-bar. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi (had to work remotely). Great bathroom and amenities. Only thing we missed was ability to stream to the TV since all channels are in Italian. But who has time to watch TV when in Napoli anyway? Big thanks for the stay. Very pleased!"

"This was a superb trip. The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. Location was bang in Quartieri Spagnoli. The heartbeat of the city. If you want a quaint, quirky Neapolitan experience this is for you right in the middle of the madness. If you want space and peace and quiet don’t come to Naples."

"A very good hotel. Central, friendly, and not expensive. Rooms are well equipped, with a desk for laptop use, and a good bathroom and show. The front desk is always helpful. A hotel to return to."

"Excellent in every way! Nello was kind and helpful- we felt very welcome. Great location- close to via Toledo and walkable to Beverello and major sights. Breakfast was delicious -varied and abundant. Il Convento was truly an oasis in busy Napoli!"

"The hotel and the staff absolutely exceeded my expectations!!!!!! at check-in she cared for our luggage and got my son and I a pastry, then text us a few hours later that our room was ready for early check-in. They had even taken our luggage up to the room already. The gentleman in the evening answered all our questions. And they pre-ordered a taxi for us, which was right on time. I would definitely stay there again!!!!!"
